Street Manager Invoicing
W.D.M. Limited have developed an invoicing system which integrates with SWMS and Street Manager. Street Manager currently does not come with any invoicing capabilities, due to be coming in March 2022, WDM® have filled the gap to enable all authorities to invoice their permit requests.
The Invoicing is simple to use and built into your WDM® App centre. It uses a query built to pull in the applications made via street manager along with all the permit data. You will be able to define your fee structure and have those fees automatically applied to the chargeable activities imported from Street Manager. This is then exportable as a CSV or Excel document for you to build your own invoices with the correct fees and items listed as they would be from SM.
The Invoicing system is primarily set up for English Authorities using Street Manager. The system is also suitable if you are a Permitting Welsh Authority using EToN 6. The system can be included in your WDM® Package.
