PMS Module

In addition to all of the UKPMS feature, the PMS product also includes the features below.

Production of SCRIM® Deficiency 130-03 - National Indicator

W.D.M. Limited have developed their own SCRIM® deficiency indicator crystal report which can assist local authorities with their DfT 130-03 return.

SCRIM® Site Category Editing

The WDM® Web PMS site category editor allows users to make auditable changes to their SCRIM® investigatory levels to comply with CS 228 guidelines whilst retaining historical records. Additional features within the application include links to the latest SCANNER alignment data, allowing bends and gradients to be accurately defined for SCRIM® deficiency reporting and accident analysis.

Construction Editing

The WDM® Web PMS construction editor enables authorities to maintain pavement maintenance details for their network. The pavement layers for individual section and lanes are displayed in an elevation view, material types, psv’s and contractor sources can be held against each treatment allowing details to be easily retrieved for asset management and performance analysis. The editor allows treatment details to be added for multiple sections and lanes

Calculation and processing of raw machine data

The PMS Calculation manager combines current and historical raw SCRIM® data for the calculation of CSC seasonal correction factors. Calculated correction factors, including MSSC corrections, are applied to create a processed table of seasonally corrected readings. The final part of the SCRIM® calculation creates a summary table based on user-defined fixed lengths which combined with the investigatory levels also held in the database enables the production of a SCRIM® deficiency table for site investigations.

The WDM® Web PMS Calculation Manager can also process raw deflectograph data in conjunction with the traffic and construction information held within the system to output PANDEF residual lives for either mean or percentile-based user-defined fixed or homogenous summary lengths.

Summary lengths for SCANNER data can also be created using the PMS Calculation manager.

Support

Video walkthrough guides are available within the Web system to assist with training for users at a time of their choosing and act as a useful reminder for specific asset management tasks.

Users can e-mail Online Support to receive a referenced e-mail which will then be assigned to a member of our dedicated PMS support team. Direct telephone contact to discuss issues with Support team members is also available.
