Welcome to the WDM® Support page. We’re here to help you with any queries or problems you may have, in a fast & friendly manner.

To handle enquiries efficiently we request that you use email for your enquiry, we will respond to your request by phone or email where appropriate.

For all Non-Software enquiries please email info@wdm.co.uk and a member of staff will contact you.

For Hosted System or Software support issues, please email support@wdm.co.uk with your enquiry and a member of staff will contact you. To help us help you as efficiently as possible, can you please include the following in the mail:

  • the URL you’re accessing – copy this from the Address bar in your internet browser.
  • A description of the issue you are having.
  • A brief description of what you are trying / were doing at the time.
  • A screenshot of your problem – full screen if possible.
  • Attach any other documents that may be relevant.
  • For all other enquiries please email info@wdm.co.uk and a member of staff will contact you.

 

If you are unable to access a software system & need to speak to us, you can call the switchboard on 0117 9567233 and ask for software support.

Our support team is available from 08:00 to 18:00 during UK working days.
