The W.D.M. Limited Highway Infrastructure Asset Management System (HIAMS) is a proven suite of applications enabling Highway Authorities and their Contractors to manage all facets of the road.

WDM® Scottish National Street Gazetteer (SNSG) allows users to maintain and edit the Gazetteer while following the Scottish Gazetteer V4 Conventions. SNSG operates within WDM’s Highway Integrated Asset Management System (HIAMS) while providing validation with the One Scotland Gazetteer (OSG).

The WDM^® Routine Maintenance System (RMS) has been designed to provide a complete solution for managing both Cyclic and Non-cyclic maintenance operations using the latest map based techniques. 

The WDM^® Pavement Management System (WDM^® PMS) was designed to provide a complete solution to pavement maintenance from input of raw survey data through to treatment selection, budgeting and repair history.

The WDM^® Lighting Management System has been designed to provide a complete solution for managing both planned and unplanned maintenance operations using the latest map based techniques. 

Integrated Highway Asset Management System enables the user to link Pavement Condition data with Accidents, Structures/Bridges, Highway Inventory, Customer Services, Routine Maintenance Instructions, Works Orders, Street works and Street Lighting databases.

The WDM^® Customer Services System has been designed to control front line customer contact, e.g. call centre operations. The system allows an enquiry or complaint to be recorded and generates the required actions to ensure the enquiry receives a prompt response. 

The WDM^® Pavement Management System provides a unique central data source of survey data relating to the condition of the highway network. These datasets can be used to provide a dynamic, network-wide, condition based, asset management system.

Accident Manager software allows the user to: Import & Validate accident data; Fit accident data to a highway network; Summarise, Query and Report Accident data; Perform cluster analysis; Calculate accident rates together; and Analyse Accident data against Road Condition Datasets.
