The WDM® approach is a proven life saver. Since the mid-90’s its continuous friction measurement process has helped reduce skid related fatalities in New Zealand by 40%. The same success has been replicated across the UK and its SCRIM® machines are now in 20 countries worldwide.

A subsidiary company, WDM USA, is now providing continuous friction measurement, which has been selected by the Federal Highways Administration as one of its key preventative safety measures.
