Keynote Speaker at 2017 LJMU Annual International Conference

W.D.M. Limited’s Head of Consultancy, Mark Stephenson, was one of the keynote speakers at the 2017 LJMU Annual International Conference on Asphalt, Pavement Engineering and Infrastructure, 22-23 February 2017.

For two decades Mark worked in a large local authority in England, fulfilling a number of policy and operational roles. He joined W.D.M. Limited in 2008 and has a responsibility for a range of contracts undertaken for UK clients, involving the interpretation of highway condition data in developing policy and operational tools.

Mark has a specific interest in the development and implementation of skid resistance policies and is also lead technical specialist for the NZTA High Speed Condition surveys contract. He has worked on a number of regional and national groups and is the past chair of the CSS Highway Condition Assessment Group.
