Joshua Meacock has been with WDM® for the last 2 years as a Software Support Technician. After expressing interest in a tech-based career, a relative recommended he joined WDM®. He took the initiative, applied and continues to thrive in a customer-focussed position. Joshua describes his average day of going between “…customers, all with unique jobs and then liaising with those customers when the jobs are fixed to ensure they’re happy with the end result."
