Two members of staff thriving within our Software Support team are Joshua Meacock and Isabel Cole.
Joshua Meacock has been with WDM® for the last 2 years as a Software Support Technician. After expressing interest in a tech-based career, a relative recommended he joined WDM®. He took the initiative, applied and continues to thrive in a customer-focussed position. Joshua describes his average day of going between “…customers, all with unique jobs and then liaising with those customers when the jobs are fixed to ensure they’re happy with the end result."
Isabel Cole has been a Software Support Technician at WDM® since May 2018. Having graduated with a Marketing Communications Degree from UWE, she had only six months experience on an IT helpdesk before joining the Support team. Izzy has been given all the training she needs to do her job but wishes she had done some form of IT qualification. Izzy enjoys being part of a team she describes as ‘the friendliest and most helpful people I’ve encountered in my working life.”
