Users of WDM software have access to the
telephone helpdesk. Copies of user systems are kept on-line in order
that the helpdesk can provide solutions relevant to the users needs.
Users are requested to contact WDM at
support@wdm.co.uk
with their enquiry. This allows the request to be
automatically entered on WDM's customer services system, allowing
tracking of the enquiry through to its resolution. User
groups meet every six months to discuss and steer development of the
software. Software downloads, documents
and discussion forums are available at WDM's
