W.D.M. Limited are a Bristol based company specialising in Highway condition Surveying using a variety of machine and visual techniques. The client base is primarily Central and Local Government, with clients in all parts of the United Kingdom as well as overseas. In addition W.D.M. Limited has developed a range of software packages to enable clients to manage their highway networks more efficiently.

Increasing work has provided the opportunity for an enthusiastic numerate graduate with good analytical skills to join the consultancy team. A good understanding of MS Word and Excel is essential together with an understanding of digital mapping. Experience of Access is desirable but not essential. On the job training and coaching will be provided.

The consultancy team works directly with a range of clients on a variety of projects including:-

 *  Enhancing road safety through developing surface condition strategies.
 *  Optimising programmes of maintenance to achieve target service levels.
 *  Financial modelling to evaluate the long term impact of different investment plans.
 *  Assisting highway authorities in developing policies and strategies.
 *  Assisting highway authorities develop Asset Management and Life Cycle Plans.
